Hey, my name is Georgia and welcome to my blog, I've started this blog to document my fitness journey, for a long time I've felt a stranger in my own body to a certain extent and have hated my figure.
I'm not a categorically skinny girl. I'm not fat, though I have often felt it, but I'm not thin either. I don't want to be a size 0 or a UK size 4 (I'm British), but I think the biggest thing for me is I want to look good, and I don't more often than not and that's what bugs me.
I'm on a journey to change up my lifestyle and be healthier overall. And hopefully, if you'll all let me, I'd like to document this journey with you.
I'd like to start with my goals and objectives
1) I currently weigh around 157ish lbs (again; British so used a converter) and would like to overall be 145 lbs. That is my goal weight. I may get to 145 and decide I want to lose more and if that's the case then we'll cross that hurdle when we get to it.
2) I want abs! I have a curvy figure, which I love, I love having a waist but I really hate my hip/thigh area so that is definitely something to work on! But something I have always wanted is a nice, flat stomach to show off in the Summer! Kim Kardashian has proven that is possible for curvier girls to have an amazing body so in some ways she is my fitness icon.
3) I want to be healthier overall. I'm going to start looking after my body even more by eating right, treating my skin well and just aim to enjoy life a whole lot more. Beauty starts from within so if I feel better on the inside, I'll be able to look better on the outside. Hopefully, I'll be able to blog about different products, different styles and trends if you like which will be able to inspire others as they have me :)
So those are pretty generic goals but if you continue to read my blog (which I hope you will!) I'll go into more depth as time goes on :)
For now I'd like to give a few shout-outs;
Firstly to Karena and Katrina at Tone it Up. These girls are incredible. They kick started my fitness instincts again after around a year off and I'm already loving the changes! The workouts are so fun and the girls make it all the more enjoyable!
Secondly; Sarah Dussault of SarahFit.Com - Sarah was actually the fitness guru that lead me to Tone It Up! I love Sarah's quirky personality and honest videos that inspired me to get back in the gym!
And lastly; to Bridget Nicole (@BridgetNicole26) I'd reached a mini-plateau in the Bikini Series (TIU bikini series --> www.toneitup.com) but Bridget helped me overcome that and get me to whip my ass back in to shape! So thank you to her too <3
So keep checking back, I'll be sure to update and I hope you enjoy!
Peace and Love
Georgia ♥
