Hey guys. Hope everyone's had an awesome week and happy 4th July to all my American friends!
This weeks been a little bit of a bad one. It started off great. On Monday and Tuesday I booty-called and on Mon I went to my weekly Zumba class and Tues I went for a run but unfortunately this is where it all went down-hill. As I was running on Tuesday I went to my normal park and as I entered saw there was 20-25 caravans belonging to travellers that had illegally set up camp there. Where I'm from these kinds of things only mean one thing; trouble. I straight away left the park and went to another one close by and started my usual 30-35min jog. After about 25 minutes a group of 10-15 children (around 12 years old) entered the park. I felt intimidated straight away. I then noticed that they had a baseball bat. It wasn't long before they started shouting things at me and running towards me. I ran out of the park and tried to lose these kids who were chasing me. After about 5 minutes I turned a bend and hid and watched as they ran past. Needless to say it scared me so much. I came home and immediately called the authorities. As a result I was put off running for the rest of the week,I got a call this morning to say that the police had evicted them but I was also informed that they we still close by, but hopefully it won't disrupt my running anymore. On top of this by gym was closed for the week for maintenance and redecoration so I couldn't do that either and I think this lack of enthusiasm meant I also sacrificed my booty calls and strength workouts that I normally do at home.
Despite all of this I think that I've possibly had a better week when it comes to diet, especially this weekend. Weekends are usually my downfalls but this week is a different story!
I seem to have hit a plateau with regard to weight loss after being stuck at 155lbs for 3 weeks. Im not expecting a loss this week but I'm going to make a real effort with everything else! I'm going to aim to workout twice a day (once on Thurs due to crazy crazy) schedule to really aim and break the plateau, all in good time for my vacation to Italy which begins on the 23rd July. I'm determined to be bikini ready!
