Motivation Monday; WWBD

Hi everyone! As it's Motivation Monday I wanted to share one of my biggest inspirations on my Tone It Up Journey; Bridget Nicole. I commonly found myself on my vacation these past two weeks when faced with a menu, or a spare few hours I'd ask 'What would Bridget do?" or "WWBD" towards the end of the week!

I'm a sucker for a success story and when I came across Tone It Up for the first time they'd tweeted Bridget and I thought I'd take a look - immediately I was both humbled and inspired. To me, a role model is  honest, open, approachable and friendly - Bridget is all of these things. In the most non-stalkerish way possible I've become obsessed! I check her blog daily, I always read her tweets and they inspire me beyond belief. By asking myself "WWBD?" on vacation I managed to maintain my weight which to me is just incredible.

Whenever I find myself in need of some motivation I switch on Bridget's Transformation Video which she posted for the end of the Bikini Challenge and before you can snap your fingers I'm at the gym or on a run or doing a Tone It Up workout. Without this kind of inspiration/motivation I don't know if I'd still consider myself a member of the Tone It Up Family.

So I'd like to say thank you to Bridget. She doesn't follow me on Twitter, so it's unlikely that she'll read this post but it was important for me to write this post. Thank you Bridget for keeping me on track and keeping me on my journey - the healthy journey. Thank you so much for sharing your journey with us and I hope and pray that you can can continue to reach out and inspire as many people as you do.
