Hey guys! I hope your week is going great! Mine definitely is :)
In honour (English Spelling :P) of  TIU Tuesday I'm going to post the workout I did at the gym yesterday! It was my first time back at the gym in such a long time and it really felt good. 
I've always shied away from the weight machines as at my gym there are two floors and there's a ton of weight machines on the bottom floor and it's all the massive guys who grunt all of the time and I'm only little and that scares me!
There are also some machines on the top floor where all the cardio equipment is so yesterday I ventured over and worked out! 


Here's my routine :)


  • 5 Minute Speed Walk (Warm Up)
  • 3 x 20 reps Crunches  
  • 4 x 20 reps Oblique Crunches (2 each side)
  • 3 x 20 reps Lat Pull Down
  • 3 x 20 reps Hip Abduction
  • 3 x 20 reps Leg Press (Seated Squats using machine)
  • 3 x 20 press ups followed immediately by 30 second plank
  • 20 minute Stairmill
  • 5 Minute Walk (Cool Down)

Thats it! I was in the gym for about an hour and half but that included 10 minutes to change at the beginning. It felt great to be back in there!!
