Chicken Tikka (pronounced tee-kah) is chicken enthused with loads of really amazing Indian spices and goes greatly with anything! Personally I love it with grilled peppers, broccoli, carrots or even salad! The recipe serves one so obviously multiply accordingly!

Ingredients (For 1)
1 Chicken Breast
75ml Natural Yogurt
1 Tablespoon of Curry Paste (you wont't want to use more than 2 tablespoons - no matter how many people!) (Curry Paste can be bought at most supermarkets!)
OR
If you didn't want to use curry paste you can make your own! Mix into the yogurt some cumin, ground corriander (Cilantro), chopped up parsley, tumeric, garlic and little bit of chilli for kicks!

Method
-Chop chicken into bite-sized chunks.
-Mix yogurt and curry paste together with the chicken chunks and marinate for as long as possible.
-Turn the grill on (flames)
-Use grill tray or baking tray covered with foil and put chicken on it.
-Grill for 10 minutes each side – you want it to start going black.
Serve and Enjoy
