A little bit experimental but well worth the try - here is my revised (trial and error after this attempt!) recipe for a fun protein shake.
So this recipe is slightly modelled on Kari Burghardt's Choco Cherry Coffee Smoothie which can be found if you click just there! But my supermarket didn't have any cherry extract so I used raspberry extract instead :)
Ingredients
8 Raspberries
1/2 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
1/2 Scoop Chocolate Protein Powder
TEASPOON of Instant Coffee - do not add more (same mistake I did!)
Desert Spoon of Flax
3/4 Cup Almond Milk
1/3 Cup of Ice
Blend until satisfied with texture!! I also added a little bit of natural sweetner as the coffee completley overpowered it! Other than that it's great!
