14 Day Ab Challenge - Keep Fit Over the Holidays
I was trailing Pinterest this afternoon (as I often do!) and I fell across this; a 14 day ab challenge. A perfect way to do something little over the holidays if you can do nothing else! So I am challenging myself to do the workout below every day for the next two weeks! It'll take 5 minutes out of your day and you can do it in your bed before going to sleep! So who's with me?
