On Monday 28th November I started my first ever Tone It Up Seven Day Slim Down. I think the majority who read this may know but the Seven Day Slim Down is a part of the Tone It Up Diet Plan, which by the way is one of the best things I've ever bought, and works alongside the plan.
One of the BEST things about this week for me, and I'm getting this out there now, is that I had the most amazing group of women doing it with me. There wre 25 of us that continued to motivate each other and share recipes, workouts and more! Thank you so much to everyone who supported me and I hope that you had the results you wanted!

Thursday was my worst day, I felt that I was craving absolutley everything I couldn't eat on the plan and I getting tired, cranky and I think I really was driving people mad. I didn't cave in and eat anything 'bad' and I'm so proud of myself for that - thank you very much to my TIU sisters for keeping me on track that day!

That's a quick overview of my experience; I honestly loved it and I'm looking forward to doing it again! If anything, although I am a little dissapointed with my results, I'm more motivated than ever and I can't wait to continue my journey with Tone It Up ♥
Here are my final stats;
Starting weight; 154lbs. Finishing weight; 151lbs.
2 inches off hips. 1 inch off waist
