In spirit of the occasion, I'm going to post the workout I did (and am going to do later tonight) at the gym this morning :)
I found all of these workouts on Pinterest; I honestly can't reccomend that website enough. If you're ever looking for motivation or a new workout or even a recipe sign up and enjoy!
I started with a cardio session although I adjusted the mph down by 1 each time (I've only got little legs hehe).
