Healthy Eating: Thai Turkey Burgers

I posted this recipe at the end of 2011 and it's a real family favourite here at Beach Babe HQ ;).
This isn't my picture but they look really similar!

We have it at least twice a month - we love it! It's so simple and so quick, the preparation process takes no more than 5 minutes and cooking time is about 20 minutes! 

They're super healthy too - MyFitnessPal has them down at 190 calories per burger and trust me they are huge!! You can serve them with almost anything as well. 

500g of Turkey Mince makes 4 burgers - 4 very big burgers!

You want to cook them in the main oven on Gas Mark 6/400 F/200 C for about 20 minutes or until cooked.
