This is a bit of a slap dash post so sorry in advance but here is a recipe my mum and I whipped up for a healthy Tzatziki Dip!
Use as much of the ingredients as you need. Quantities/Proportions are not too important :)
You're going to need
- Greek Yogurt
- Chopped Red Onion
- Chopped Cucumber
- Fresh Mint
- Garlic
- Lemon Juice
- Salt and Pepper to season to your liking!
Mix it all together and serve!
