I believe that the most powerful tool in your weight loss journey is your brain.



Think about it, it's your brain that made you want to change your lifestyle to begin with. It's your brain that makes you wake up in the morning and tell yourself to eat healthy and work it out. Your brain is a huge part of your body; utilise it.


Your brain is working 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Use some of that time to tell yourself; 


"I work out because I enjoy it. I'm not doing it to lose weight - that's a bonus. I work out because I love to work out". 

Do it for love.

I have recently adopted this thought process and let me tell you, getting up in the morning to booty call or deciding to go for a long run is so much easier. 

It's ok to have goals, in fact it's great to have goals. Believe me I have plenty. But working out because you want to, because you enjoy it makes things so much better; making your goals easier to achieve. You'll find you want to work out more and have more time for it. 

You enjoy watching TV right? You make time to watch Glee? Take the same approach you take to Finn and Rachel and apply it to Fitness and Runs and you'll be winning.


Don't stress about it - do it for love ♥
