Hey guys! I'm sorry I've been so MIA recently :(
I'm approaching the most important exams of my life so far so I've been studying like crazy! There's also been lots of family things going on but not to worry I've been working like a badass Beach Babe ;) I also go on vacation with 5 of my friends in less than 3 weeks! So I've been planning an preparing for that too!
As many of you know the Tone It Up bikini challenge is almost over! =(
The official end date of the challenge is the first day of Summer - June 20th. That gives us (as of today) 12 days left to get into the best shape of our lives for this bikini season.
Don't stop or give up now! We're so close and these last few days really really count! Remember to eat lean, clean and green and get your sculpting/HIIT workouts in to get the most out of every day,

I don't own the nutrition plan either but I learned a lot by looking at my tweets with the hashtag "#7DSD" on Twitter ;)
Delete* Your breakfast should be an egg whites scrambles with veggies (like tomatoes, mushrooms, spinach, bell pepper, onions ...)
* Your mid-morning snack should be 1/2 grapefruit w stevia. I also spotted that there's a lot of smoothies involved !
* I think it's basically a lot of veggies, fruit & lean protein. As for dairy, starches & fats, I have no idea :(
* You should also be working out for 30 min first thing in the morning, before your breakfast. A brisk walk, a light jog, dancing around ...
* Drink plenty of water (minimum half your weight. If you weight 150lbs, you should drink 15oz of water) & some green tea.
