Olympic Challenge Day 7!

Day 6 already! Wow! I'm really loving the Olympics so far, and I'm so pleased for Team GB! The last two days have somewhat been a 'gold rush' for us! We've gone from 21st in the medal table to 5th! 


Today, I am encouraging you all to be thoughtful. Hence today's challenge being called; Thoughtful Thursday. Today's challenge is to email/tweet/Facebook me (you know the drill!) a quote or phrase or song that gets you going and picks you up when you need it most. 


For me, Glee's version of Perfect by Pink always makes me feel empowered. What about you?
