It's We Love Food Friday! Today's challenge is 100% related to that theme! 

Did you know that when training for the Beijing Olympics, Michael Phelps consumed a phenomenal 16,000 calories a day? He deserves a gold medal just for that! 

It's rumoured that Usain Bolt eats 12 McDonald's McNuggets before running a race? Crazy right? British swimmer Rebecca Adlington says she eats "just as a normal person would, just lots more of it!" This proves it's definitely not easy being an elite athlete.
