Live Pink with Tone It Up! |
Last year, October for me meant dedicating to my fitness like never before, thanks to the Tone It Up Fall Challenge. I'll be honest enough to say that I've been stuck in a bit of a rut lately. I haven't been giving my all and needless to say the pounds have piled on. (Not loads, but enough to make me want to step things up!)
As a result I was THRILLED when my amazing friend Emma texted me on Sunday night asking if I wanted to make October a 'No Excuses' month as we did last year and both performed really well!

ReplyDeleteI love reading your posts and No Excuses October is such a great concept... and guess what? It was raining today but I hit the gym anyway :)
I'm definitely in for No Excuses October! It's raining pretty bad outside, and I had absolutely no motivation to workout, but I DID ANYWAYS! I pushed myself and I'm glad I did!
