FitMas Part 1: Christmas Fitness Gift Guide!

Hey guys! It's that time of year again! Who's excited for Christmas? It's less than two weeks away now!  How crazy is that! Last New Year's seems like last month!
To celebrate the season I'm planning a little mini-series for the blog named FitMas! (I know, I'm sorry - I'm tired!) Today's part is the ultimate Fitness Christmas list! If you've been good - pop these on your list for Santa!! (Or give it to your boyfriend to point him in the right direction!)

The OGorgeous Beverly Bow-Tie in French Rose

First up is an item which is actually on my list! The OGorgeous Gym Bags designed by Cassey Ho of Blogilates. These bags are PERFECT for any fitness fashionista. Currently coming in 5 different designs, the bags are spacious, practical and super super cute!
The bags feature a zip pocket for a yoga mat, two water bottle containers, pockets for all your essentials and a laptop wallet!
Retailing for $149, they are available worldwide :)

Polar FT4M Heart Rate Monitor

Now for another item featuring on my list, something that is considered a 'must-have' for any self-proclaimed fitness freak. Polar watches are great for clear, accurate information. They come with a chest trap which measures your heart rate, gives you your target heart rate zone, calorie burn and more. The only thing it doesn't feature is distance covered (if you're running) but the Nike+ SportWatch will do that for you if distance is important. This Polar Watch is one of the less advanced of the range, but is really affordable (£52 currently) and available on Amazon!

Tone It Up Rise and Run tank

Looking cute whilst working out is pretty much essential in my eyes because if you look good, you feel good and if you feel good you'll associate feeling good with working out and you'll workout more! I am in LOVE with this tank from the Tone It Up Store. It's super cute and it is honestly so so so so soft! I live in this even if I'm not working out! These tanks are limited edition and made with ethically sourced materials which I really love about them - and they're a steal at $26!
Again they will ship worldwide and delivery is super affordable too!

Lululemon Reversible Wunder Under Crop

These leggings are definitely a splurge, but they're Lululemon, so you can pretty much guarantee that they'll be good quality AND they're reversible - so it's pretty much 2 pairs of leggings for £72 (or they were $82 on the US site) which seems more reasonable right? They come in two fun colours (pink - pictured and a fun blue).  Colourful workout leggings definitely brighten up a dull workout! I'm a fan!

Davina Vinyl Dumbell Set

Ok - this next item is pretty much essential for anyone looking to Tone Up at home.If you follow Tone It Up, you'll know that dumbells are used in pretty much all of their workouts. These ones are super cute and affordable too at £14.99 for three sets! If you're in the US, Dick's Sporting Goods also has super affordable weights :)

Danskin Now Set

This is possibly one of the the most favourite gifts I found :) If you're brave enough to hit Wal-Mart at Christmas, you HAVE To buy this set. For $20 (yeah, you read that right) you get an exercise ball, two 2lb hand weights and two resistance bands, plus a workout dvd. Hello? It's a no brainer (and it's super cute in pink!) If you're in the UK ASDA do an equivalent. Also available for online delivery :)

Pink by Victoria's Secret Yoga

If you're still on a high from the Victoria's Secret Fashion show then this next gift is perfect for you! Pink by Victoria's Secret do the best Yoga/Workout leggings! They are so soft and so cute and come in so many different designs! My personal favourites are the crop but you can get full length leggings or just pants/shorts. They range from $34.50-$39.50 and I love them :)

LivFit Clothing

Now this next one is unfortunately US only (and I'm so so SOOO jealous) because they have the cutest workout clothes and they're super affordable for what they are (comparable to Lululemon designs). The sports bras ($34) are beyond adorable and go so so well with their scoop back top ($37). I also love their knotty top too ($36)

Even more affordable is Forever 21 activewear, it's not available in all stores so your best bet is to order online, but again it's cute, durable and fit for purpose. I love this top (£14.75 - sorry I can only access the UK site!), these leggings and this bra. Also, be sure to check out Old Navy because they have SOOOOO much cute, really affordable stuff that I would never be able to list it all!

Finally, this Tone It Up Sweater is possibly my most favourite item of clothing I have EVER owned. I have it in Teal and Pink, it is incredibly soft, ethically sourced and perfect for throwing on after a workout (or if you're like me, sleeping in, lounging in, running in etc - the list is endless). What's more this is an ABSOLUTE STEAL at $34 because let me tell you now, it will be the best thing that has ever been bought for you

That's it! Part one of the FitMas blog series complete!

Happy Holidays!
