1. What did you eat for breakfast?
Today I had a protein pancake! (Like most other days!) It's a Tone It Up recipe that I swear by (although I have modified it a bit hehe). I can knock it up in about 5 minutes! As I don't eat bananas, my recipe looks like this;
- 1 scoop/packet Perfect Fit Protein
- 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
- 4-5 tbsp of egg whites
- Generous tsp of cinnamon
- Splash of fat free milk or almond milk (whatever I have in the fridge!)
- 1/4 cup blueberries (or whatever topping you like - I often have lemon juice and stevia - although you don't need to add this in to the mixture!)

2. How much water do you drink a day?
In Liquid Ounces...(insert doing math face here)....probably around 120 oz
3. What is your current favorite workout?
Yoga! It's my new obsession! I love how I get into my own little trance - I feel myself improving after each class which I love.
4. How many calories do you eat a day?
I don't count so I haven't got a clue...I probably couldn't even give you a ball park figure!
5. What are your favorite healthy snacks?
Oh wow...well hummus for starters. I love hummus with veggies, hummus with rice cakes ... hummus on anything really! I also am obsessed with guacamole...like really obsessed. Snacks that don't include dips would probably be smoothies ( do they count?)
6. What do you usually eat for lunch?
My go-to lunch would be a lean protein (normally grilled chicken or fish) on top of salad leaves or roasted veggies or quinoa. I either use low sodium soy or a balsamic dressing :)
7. What is your favorite body part to strength train?
Booty workouts are my fave! Or arms - I can't decide! I find my arms are the quickest all all areas that start to burn and I love that feeling!
8. What is your least favorite body part to strength train?
Abs - I LOVE sit ups, but hate planks!
9. What are your “bad” food cravings?
I don't really have cravings because if I'm having an unhealthy craving then I will substitute some ingredients and satisfy my craving! Simple as that! If I do crave something its anything Italian (mainly pizza - but I make an awesome wholewheat pitta pizza!)
10. Do you take vitamins or supplements?
No supplements! Although I do try and take a multi-vitamin but forget more mornings than I remember!
11. How often do you eat out?
Probably twice a month for dinner. We love food in my family so we do eat out regularly. I probably go our for lunch every fortnight as well. At weekends I normally buy my lunch for work but that doesn't count because I eat it in the staff room haha!
12. Do you eat fast food?
Occasionally! I'm not perfect! It's probably only once every three months - hardly ever in fact!
13. Who is your biggest supporter?
That's really hard! Probably all of my lovely followers on Twitter!
14. Do you have a gym membership?
I do, I'm a member of the gym at my Uni. There are two facilities; a Sports Centre and a Sports Complex. I use the Sports Centre as it has a good free-weights area and some good cardio machines! The classes are all at the Sports Centre too and I use those :)
15. How many hours of sleep do you get a night?
I usually head to bed between 10 and 10.30 and wake up at 8! So a solid 10 hours!
16. Do you have a “cheat” day?
No because I know I would literally salivate on every day running up to that day! As I mentioned above, if I have a craving I will give in!
17. Do you drink alcohol?
Rarely. I don't drink wine or beer but if I do drink I will have a spirit and mixer. Normally Vodka.
18. Do you have a workout buddy?
No! I don't know if it's because at my age and people aren't really into fitness, but I also find I'm more driven and work harder on my own.
19. What is the best thing that has changed about your life since committing to a Healthy Lifestyle?
I have met so many incredible people, I have a whole new respect for myself, I have become so much more confident in myself, I'm also amazingly healthier!
20. What was the last healthy thing you did?
Zumba class this afternoon! Loved it!
