Tastes So Good Tuesday! Perfect Fit Coffee Cup Oats

You may remember from my last post that I said how much I love my Perfect Fit Pancakes and how I tend to eat them most mornings, today's recipe is my absolute go-to in the morning when I don't have all of the ingredients in for pancakes or for when I fancy a change; it's also a great recipe for those mornings when you've stayed in bed that little bit longer!! ;) 


It tastes better than it looks haha - this one was not one of my prettiest!
The ingredients are all really simple and you can make it with the Perfect Fit protein powder all without!
You Will Need
1 Generous Sized Coffee Cup
1/4 Cup of Old Fashioned Oats (not the quick kind)
2 Egg Whites
1/4 Cup Blueberries (swap this for whatever you want!)
1 tsp of Stevia (optional - to taste really!)
1/2 Scoop/Packet of Perfect Fit
Splash of Almond Milk / Fat Free / Skimmed Milk
Dash of Cinnamon

Method
Mix all ingredients together into the coffee cup
Stick in the microwave for 60 to 90 seconds and voila!
If you want to be pretty you can turn the cup upside down on a plate and it should fall out beautifully!


As I mentioned in the ingredients list, you can change the blueberries for anything you like! In this picture I used a Bear Fruit Yo Yo that I chopped up - it works just as well!
