Tastes So Good Tuesday: Skinny French Toast!

It's that time of week again! This week I tried something new as well as making it skinny!!

I don't think that I have ever had French toast, like ever! So to insert a little disclaimer I don't even know if this recipe tastes good because I'm not sure what a regular French Toast should taste like hehe!

What I do know however - is this tasted gorgeous! I've tried to make it as Skinny as possible! Maybe this could be your Sunday breakfast meal hehe



I know I really need to work on making food look pretty hehe


Ingredients
2 Slices Ezekiel Bread/ Wholemeal Bread
1 Egg
1/4 Cup Almond Milk (I used Chocolate)
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 serving stevia
1/8 tsp Nutmeg

To Serve
Honey/Agave Nectar
Cocoa Powder
Stevia

Method
Combine all of the ingredients (apart from bread hehe) in a bowl and mix together
Soak the bread for a while (both sides)
Spray non stick oil in a frying pan, cook each side of bread for two-three minutes!

Serve!
