Tastes So Good Tuesday: Delish Smoked Mackerel Dip!

Hey guys! I'm dedicating this post to my momma! It was Mother's Day last weekend here in the UK and my mum isn't feeling so good and this is one of her favourite recipes!!

I LOOOOVE having this as an appetiser with either toasted wholemeal/ezekial bread or rice crackers - on top of anything really!

Mum's Smoked Mackerel Paté - unbelievably gorge!

You will need:

  1. Smoked Mackerel 250g or any Smoked Fish
  2. 2 tbsp Plain Chobani
  3. Zest and Juice of 1/2 Lemon
  4. Ground Black Pepper
Method:
Flake the fish
Mix it all together, chill and serve! Simple as that :)
