Getting Off Track

Hey guys! I hope you all had a beautiful and joyous Easter!

If you're like me I know you indulged in your favourite sweet treat!

My Easter Outfit!
I'm here to tell you that it's ok! My day was way off par but I'm not stressing about it!

I was out for a girls night on Saturday and didn't get in until 3am so consequently I didn't wake up until 11am! Waaaay late for M1!

Basically my meals were all pushed back a few hours (at least) and as it was Easter I ate chocolate and my M3 was a YOLO meal!

And you know what? I'm not panicking about it at all! Yes I'm expecting a lesser number on the scale this week but I enjoyed yesterday and I have no regrets!

It was one meal, one day. In the bigger picture that is not important: what is important is consistency - I eat clean and work hard 99% of the time. I refuse to feel bad about one cheat meal - and I urge you to do the same! It the grand scheme of things, one meal, whilst you might not feel good immediately after is just one bad decision with regard to your meal plan / weight loss system. If everyone hated themselves for every bad decision they've ever made then what kind of world would this be!

What I'm trying to get across is - don't panic. Plan for your YOLO meals (I did! I worked out hard during the week knowing it was coming,) and enjoy it!

To add a bonus bit of confidence, here is my food journal from yesterday. I'm eating super Lean, Clean and Green today and I'm feeling fabulous!

Love and Hugs,

Georgie xo
