Hey guys, today I'm reviewing one of my new fitness favourites. I've been using this protein powder for just under three weeks and I have to be honest, I'm loving it!
MP Max Elle True Diet is a diet whey protein powder. This means it contains a higher fibre content which in turn means it will keep you fuller for longer and curb those cravings! Find out why I'm loving it so much below!

Taste
I have the strawberry flavour and it's the first time I've eve tried it! I'm a die hard vanilla fan so it's been really good to switch things up. The taste is accurate and really quite enjoyable! I've heard people mention before that they're not a fan of strawberry protein powders because they can taste quite medicinal: there is no trace of that here! If you're not a Strawberry fan though it also comes in chocolate and vanilla.
The recommended serving size is two scoops, as it is suggested you use this as a meal replacement. If I've been using it post-workout, I've just been using the one scoop, mixing with water and the taste has been plenty strong enough for me.
Overall I think Max Elle True Diet has a really refreshing flavour and I certainly look forward to it post-workout!

Before I've found it almost impossible to drink a protein shake with water and not something like milk or almond milk, but I honestly can't complain with this powder - it tastes great! Whilst I accept it might not be to everyone's liking, Elle True Diet is by far the most enjoyable out of all of the protein powder's I've tried when mixed with water.

User Friendliness
One of the things I love most about this protein powder is its blend-ability! I use a shaker with a ball and there is not a single grain of the powder left over! I love that it mixes in really well and forms a true liquid. Also, on occasion I have made a shake up to have later on in the day (if I'm going to be out of the house etc.) and yes whilst some of the mixture does sink to the bottom, all you need to do is shake the bottle again for no more than ten seconds and it's readily drinkable.
You don't need to shake it for hours on end to get a texture that is enjoyable! I've also found that if I add the powder before the liquid, usually you get clumps of powder stuck to the bottom of the shaker bottle and whilst that has happened a few times, they don't get stuck there forever! This is a really mixable, workable powder.
What's more, as opposed to a tub, Elle True Diet lives in a pouch - which closes! It is so rare for me to find a resealable pouch that I can get along with and closes the whole way each and every time. Bonus points MyProtein!

I'm working harder than normal due to an upcoming vacation but I do really feel as if MP Max Elle True Diet has helped me reach my goals.
What's more, when I've used the shake as a post workout I've not had a single ache or pain the next day - and I've been working HARD! For that reason, I would really recommend this product as a recovery shake!

I have to be honest, I have been really really impressed with all aspects of my MP Max Elle True Diet thus far. It tastes great, it's really user friendly and has worked in as far as weight loss is concerned! If I had to pick one complaint, it would be that the pouch is so big I have nowhere to put it...but that's probably more a complaint about my kitchen than the product ;)
