We've all had those moments where you've hit the snooze button a few too many times or, if you're like me, you get to the evening and you really just have the urge to work out. The 5 workouts below are perfect for when time is tight, but you really just want to work out!
Tone It Up's Love Your Body with HIIT
I love the Tone It Up girls and their movement beyond words. I love everything they stand for. This workout is 20 minutes of SWEAT! It's only 20 minutes but I always ache everywhere. It's a HIIT workout so it's perfect for burning fat and burning calories! It also includes toning moves for all body parts which is obviously perfect!
Aaron Bowley's Burning Legs Pyramid
I love Aaron too, ok I'm biased. He's my boyfriend. But he's also a certified trainer and nutritionist and I LOVE this workout he devised. When he calls it a burning legs pyramid - he's not lying. I challenge anyone to do the second set of lunges without feeling like their legs are going to explode!

Tone It Up Beach Babe DVD's
The TIU Beach Babe DVD's are fantastic for when you're short on time - particularly the first one! All of the workouts are 20 minutes long on the first DVD so you can really target the areas you want to, or do back to back workouts if you have more time. The second DVD is great for longer total body toning workouts too! My favourites are HIIT the Beach and Summer Arms from the first DVD and Hula Booty and Beach Barre from the second. Both DVD's also feature stretching/yoga routines which are great for those days when you just need to stretch it all out!

Tone It Up Rush Workout
This is an old school Tone It Up workout but one of my all time favourites. It's fun, it's fast and it works all of your major muscle groups as well as including some cardio! It's perfect for those mornings before school or work. It's also really catchy - I find myself joining Karena and Katrina saying "aaaaaand Rush!"
Sarah Dussault Home HIIT Workout
Sarah Dussault is one of my favourite YouTube Fitness guru's. Her workouts are fun, effective and this one is super speedy! Sarah knows a lot and this comes through in all of her videos. If you haven't subscribed to her channel and you're interested in improving your fitness, I would definitely recommend it!
