NUTRITION | The Foodie's Gift Guide*

Can you believe it? The holiday's are just around the corner!! Not only is it my favourite time of year, it's also the time where you can get the BEST deals. Now is the perfect time to start buying presents. In the first of a mini-series, today's post will be giving you loads of gift ideas for your foodie friends!

Each of these posts will be split in to 3 categories; Secret Santa, Steal and Splurge! Secret Santa will feature gifts suitable for stocking stuffers or your co-workers - gifts that won't break the bank! Steal will be middle of the range gifts and Splurge will be more luxurious items.

Secret Santa

Mugs

I love mugs, I am a total hoarder when it comes to them! You can buy some really cute and inexpensive ones almost everywhere. Check Urban Outfitters or Etsy for some good ideas. Or, Starbucks has got some beautiful ones this year and Cath Kidston is always a great pick.

Santa Apron and Hat Set

I couldn't resist including this set. It's so cute and perfect for entertaining over the holiday season. This Santa Apron and Hat set is so cheap and is guaranteed to get a laugh year after year at Christmas.

Christmas Tea Towels

H&M has a fantastic Christmas campaign this year and these tea towels are just gorgeous. I love anything gold and shiny so it's no surprise that these are featuring on the gift guide!

Steal

Cookbooks

Cookbooks are ALWAYS a great idea for people who love food. I love flicking through a new book and getting inspired by the beautiful pictures and exciting ingredients. Two of my favourites; The Skinnytaste Cookbook  (see my review here) and Jamie's Everyday Super Food

Spiralizer

Given how everyone goes on a health kick from the first of January, a Spiralizer is a perfect gift. This one is small, packs away easily and comes with a recipe book! I LOVE mine! It's great for creating really eye catching dishes. This Spiralizer bundle is a fabulous gift idea!

    SkinnyTaste Meal Planner

For your ultra-organised Foodie friend, this Skinnytaste Meal Planner is perfect. With 52 weekly layouts, as well as space to track calories or points and exercise, all of your Foodie organisational needs are met in one place. What's not to love?

    Splurge

    Nespresso

For your friend or significant other who's the coffee addict *cough cough - me*, a Nespresso machine would be one of the most perfect gifts you could buy. The machines are sleek, easy to use and there are an abundance of different coffees you can try. I love my Nespresso U+Milk, but there are cheaper machines too.

    NutriNinja

This machine packs a punch! Not just for smoothies but for any of your blending needs, the 900w motor cuts through ANYTHING. I love making salad dressings, dips and more with mine. The on-the-go cups are perfect for smoothies too. The NutriNinja are more expensive than other blenders on the market - but in my opinion, you can't go wrong.

    KitchenAid Stand Mixer

Is this not the cult product for the kitchen? I don't know a single Foodie who doesn't drool over these KitchenAid mixers. Every professional chef seems to have one. (Or 8 in Ree Drummond's case!) I would have one just out on the counter for display if I could! Try Candy Apple Red for a festive touch!

That's it! I hope this post leaves you feeling inspired! Stay tuned for more gift guides including Beauty, Fitness and Home Favourites!

    Love Always,
